台南照顧宅 富立建設獲議約權 富立建設提出七棟地下2層、地上15層的大樓模型。 台南的鐵路地下化專案照顧住宅評選，今(16)日完成評選作業，全體委員同意由富立建設 公司，序位名次第一名，為得標人取得優先議約權；遠雄建設公司序位名次第二名，為第 二順位得標人。富立董事長陳聰徒指出，預計於基地興建7棟，地下2層、地上15層樓之建 築，提供照顧住宅366戶(含店鋪26戶)，房型32至57坪。 南市府表示，昨日評選結果，將簽報市長核准後，辦理決標公告，依投標須知規定，後續 將與得標者進行議約，並於決標後一個月內辦理簽約作業。 http://www.chinatimes.com/realtimenews/20140116005284-260410 -- 有拆遷戶想賣嗎? 我可以加價收~ 顆顆 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.225.57
