通保法修正　檢警調丟筆：「小案辦不了、大案很難辦」

【王吟芳／高雄報導】通保法倉促修法三讀通過，新法完全禁止檢警調閱部分案件通聯記錄，高雄檢警調單位下午召開聯合記者會痛批新法施行後將使小案辦不了、大案很難辦，「往後民眾不管是遺失手機還是遭網路詐騙，警方在第一時間都不能調通聯跟IP來追查，大家可以接受嗎？」
 
高雄地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃元冠指出，高雄地區過去破獲許多矚目案件，其中部分即為檢警在自殺或意外案件中發現可疑，主動調閱通聯記錄才循線查獲，例如張姓博士生遭男子孫國晃殺害毀屍案，但未來類似案件因不是新法規定的刑案，既未立偵案、又無被告姓名，依法就不能調閱通聯記錄，根本無從查起。
