針對日前有電視媒體報導新北市府科長以上人員考績免考列乙等之情事，新北市府人事處13日晚間提出澄清並嚴正駁斥，指相關公文絕無「科長以上免列乙等」之任何字眼，媒體報導內容明顯與事實不符。

新北市府人事處強調，依公務人員考績法之規定，公務人員之考績應以同官等為比較範圍。指市府每年均有科長以上人員考列乙等，絕對無科長以上均考列甲等之情形。
