【廖珮君、王立德／台北報導】英國倫敦金融城市長吳斐娜今晚拜會金管會主委曾銘宗，雙方就達成兩方向的合作共識，其中一項，就是鼓勵台灣金融機構可赴倫敦投資相關的人民幣商品，2是可引入英國創新的金融產品來台銷售。

吳斐娜和英國駐台等一行人是在今天晚間赴金管會，由曾銘宗等人接待，雙方僅會談30分鐘，主要是談台英兩國人民幣業務的合作。

與會官員昨說，台灣建立人民幣離岸中心的優勢有3大項，台灣對中國貿易出超，有地利之便、人民幣存款也超過1500億元，目前也已建立人民幣回流管道；而倫敦做為一個金融中心的2項優勢，則是產品線完整又創新。

金管會高層說，台灣可學習倫敦金融中心的是，在金融產品面，有比台灣還創新者，這部分可引入台灣銷售；其次，則是台灣金融業也可赴倫敦投資，投資英國金融機構發行的人民幣商品。
