長期被監聽　前縣長林光華批特務治國

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委陳其邁、李俊俋今陪同新竹縣前縣長林光華舉行記者會，林光華指出，他去年底接到台灣高等法院在2013年12月23日寄出的通訊監察結束通知書，得知他在擔任台灣省省主席任內所使用的手機竟從2005年11 月1日開始監聽，監聽到2010年7月6日。

林光華說，監聽結束3年才收到通知，案由竟然是「國家情報工作法」，他痛批這是特務治國，難道要扣他一個判國重罪嗎？他是匪諜嗎？

林光華還說，連他一位84歲的牌友、老鄰居，平常只約打牌和吃飯，居然也被掛線監聽；他的全家老小都被監聽就算了，連朋友也監聽，這種亂整的作法，無法接受。
