金溥聰匯款海外？　國民黨:若直接指控必告

【晏明強／台北報導】台聯立委黃文玲日前質疑「金溥聰有沒有以國民黨政黨外交名義匯六億元到海外？」，並指控國民黨和馬吳競選總部政治獻金申報不實，國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋上午表示，若黃文玲是直接指控國民黨，一定會立刻提出法律告訴。

國民黨上午發出新聞稿表示，對於黃文玲的指控國民黨及金溥聰都已澄清，但昨天名嘴陳立宏卻仍於政論節目進行不實影射。殷瑋表示，若有政論名嘴持續在電視節目上刻意誤導黃文玲的影射說法，任意抹黑，國民黨也將會採取法律行動，釐清事實，以正視聽。

他指出，黃文玲是在記者會上以疑問句的方式進行沒有事實根據的質疑，至今一直不肯直接指控國民黨及金溥聰，也無法提出任何證據，意圖用「疑問句」的方式規避法律責任。
