eTag又出包　同路不同收費、儲值莫名消失

 【朱俊彥／台中報導】台中市議員邱素貞今開記者會揭發2起eTag計程收費烏龍案，王姓男子6日與友人各開一輛車，同時從台中市太平區出發走台74線接國道三號，在中興交流道一起下國道三號，隨即以手機app查詢收費，結果顯示兩人行車里程數都是4公里，但王男要繳5元、其友人只要3元。另名曾姓男子收到繳費通知餘額不足290元，但他到超商查詢儲值卡內還有7百多元，無端多花50元作業處理費。

邱素貞抨擊，國道計程收費上路不到1個月，連續爆發多起重複扣款、幽靈扣款、儲值消失等亂象，讓民眾對這項新措施信心盡失，她要求遠通應虛心改進，並應立即在官網上設置收費明細查詢系統，民眾只要輸入車號，就可查出最新應繳金額及餘額，政府也應好好約束廠商，不能任由其擺爛。
