賴清德刮刮樂摃龜　帶動商家買氣

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市長賴清德昨到台南市善化區訪察友善街道時，刻意走入一家彩券行，花了100元買一張刮刮樂試手氣，雖然刮刮樂摃龜，他一點也不為意，還靠著他的高人氣，帶動彩券行的買氣，現場有6名民眾跟著賴清德一同買刮刮樂，幸運中了100元至500元獎金。

事後賴清德自我調侃說：「剛好彩券行老闆是朋友，我只是買彩券鼓勵身心障礙者啦。」
