圖文版: http://savvik123.pixnet.net/blog/post/167098386 店名：麵屋輝 電話：02-2504-1800 地址：台北市中山區松江路77巷14號 ( 伊通公園旁) 價格：200-400/人 營業時間：11:30~14:00 17:30~22:00 用餐時間：2013/10 拍攝相機：Panasonic GF5 個人評價：可能會再來吃 同事極愛的一間店，對它的沾麵大為讚賞 所以這天來這裡吃吃看 平日中午來有特別的A 套餐與B套餐 A套餐是拉麵或沾麵加40元多了日式炸雞塊+涼拌小黃瓜或涼拌豆芽菠菜 B套餐是拉麵或沾麵加60元多一個叉燒飯 ●小菜 涼拌小黃瓜 這因為我不太碰小黃瓜就交給同事處理 ●小菜 搾菜 ●沾麵 麵，兩片叉燒肉，糖心蛋 麵條口感不錯的沾麵，份量頗多 叉燒肉普通。糖心蛋中上 ●炸雞 套餐裡附的，麵衣略厚一點，稍油。但算多汁 ●拉麵 一般正常版會再有豆芽菜 但因為我個人因素請他不要放 麵的湯頭濃郁，但吃多了不會膩 目前吃日式豚骨拉麵最怕就是吃到半碗後已經膩到不行，這邊的湯頭不會有這問題 麵條則算硬的粗麵，吃起來頗有咬勁，是喜歡的口感 叉燒就比較偏離自己喜歡的口味了 感覺上沒什麼特色 個人喜歡厚一點，或是有碳烤香味 糖心蛋中上 ●總評 沾麵應該是主打 拉麵就比較平常一點。 -- 個人BLOG : 夢與幻的地圖 http://savvik123.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.194.225
