旅遊達人出書遭侵權　獲賠25萬元

【孫友廉／新北報導】旅遊達人邱政男（38歲）2008年間，將旅遊經驗集結成《徒步到沒有圍牆的邊境》一書，交由凱特文化公司出版，但隔年卻被台灣二版公司登載在24reader、24reader Mobile等4網站，讓人付費下載。
 
邱男認為台灣二版公司已侵權而提訟，要求賠償140萬元，且須在《蘋果日報》等報的頭版，刊登判決書道歉。台灣二版公司則辯稱，是凱特公司誤將未取得電子版權的書籍，提供給他們，台灣二版公司並無過失。
 
一審邱男敗訴，但二審智財法院認為，台灣二版公司屬專業的網路電子書公司，卻未對相關書籍詳加審查，不能藉由和凱特的合約來免除審查責任，逆轉改判台灣二版公司須賠償邱男25萬元，但沒必要登報；全案尚可上訴。
