葉明功：美日歐關切複方查驗

立法院本會期確定無法通過食品衛生管理法修法，也傳美國與加拿大關切我將複方食品添加物納入查驗登記範圍，致生枝節。

所謂複方食品添加物是指，兩種以上食品添加物組合而成，例如起雲劑、乳化劑都有可能是複方食品添加物。衛生福利部食藥署長葉明功證實，這次食安事件以來，包含日本、美國、加拿大與歐盟等國，都有關切我方食品標示與添加物查驗等問題，不單是針對複方食品添加物。

去年召開的食安大會上，就有業者對於我方食品添加物應該全成分標示的新措施，表達窒礙難行的態度，認為可能影響雙方貿易。但葉明功表示，食藥署關心的是民眾健康，只要民眾覺得有需要，複方食品添加物就應該查驗登記。
