【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮1名劉姓業者因小米酒商標遭人侵害，2年前報案並逮到2名陳姓業者涉嫌侵害商標，2名業者去年遭檢方起訴並求刑2年。但判決後的48小時內，司法院網頁卻發出2判決主文公告，不僅有罪改判無罪，連公告內容都只改「半套」變成無罪判決，卻是有罪敘述的離譜內容。

花蓮地方法院書記官長李明正表示，全案預計去年7月宣判，承審法官當時曾告知劉姓書記官判決結果，但法官隔天覺得仍有再審空間，也囑咐書記官前次判決作廢，去年7月起開過2次辯論庭，才於去年12月30日改判無罪。不料，該名劉姓書記官全忘了，先拿7月的有罪判決主文刊登上網，隔天發現疏失，再將主文公告改成無罪，卻又沒刪除有罪的內容敘述。
