【方翊倩／綜合報導】苗栗酪農投訴，指因劉政鴻蓋新路，方便土方業者在山上堆置各種廢棄物，導致其位在山下的牧場，被山頂爆發的垃圾土石流淹沒。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，劉政鴻在2008年剛選上縣長時，突然在人煙稀少的小山上，鋪設2米寬的新柏油路。山腳下是吳家的牛欄及天然牧場，每當砂石車經過都會留下難聞的臭味及沿路的黑水。某次土石流，「像黑色的岩漿沿著山坡流下，轉眼就覆蓋了我的牧場。」原來崩塌的不是山，而是晉豪環保公司的掩埋場。之後再縣府諸多藉口敷衍中，讓對方拖過追溯期、順利脫產，吳家只能眼睜睜看著含有重金屬的毒物吞噬家園，氣得大罵劉政鴻，放任垃圾毒土毀其家園，十分沒天理！
