勾結總統府高官　詐銀行億元

【丁牧群／台北報導】鴻康、羅揚貿易公司負責人左新華、羅先偉等人，2005年勾結當時的總統府侍衛室上校副組長沈憲佐（事發後已退役）、海巡署前中校參謀晉克緯設下騙局，使遠東商銀等銀行誤信鴻康、羅揚與國安局關係良好，且標到國安局採購案將有進帳，因此貸款給兩公司共1億餘元，事後才知被騙。沈憲佐先前被依詐欺罪判刑4月確定，羅先偉被判2年3月確定，最高法院今判決左新華3年6月徒刑確定，晉克緯被判2年可緩刑。
 
判決指出，左新華等人向多家銀行謊稱與國安局關係良好，且承包多項國安局採購案，以此向銀行申請高額貸款，並勾結沈憲佐、晉克緯配合銀行查證，使多家銀行誤信鴻康、羅揚公司真的很有辦法而且將有國安局採購案進帳，因而同意貸款給兩公司，共被詐騙1億餘元。
