通保法修正案　法部：衝擊社會治安

【呂志明／台北報導】對於立法院朝野黨團在今天協商通過《通訊保障及監察法》部分條文修正草案，法務部認為將會對治安造成重大衝擊，呼籲朝野應再審慎評估，不應倉促修法。

法務部深夜發布新聞稿指出，對於今日協商內容，包括聲請通訊監察需每1人分別立案，部分案件調取通聯紀錄時需向法院聲請、合法通訊監察中所獲得另案犯罪的事證，不可以做為犯罪證據，都將造成社會衝擊。

法務部認為，通訊監察應保障人民秘密通訊自由，但對社會治安的維護也要同等重視，一旦完成修法，將對社會治安造成重大影響，因此希望各政黨能夠再審慎評估。
