南軍監熄燈 規畫為南監分監

（中央社記者張榮祥台南13日電）台南軍監未來將交由台南監獄管理。南監副典獄長黃銘強今天表示，台南軍監初步規劃為台南分監，可望紓解南監超收的壓力。

目前台南監獄受刑人約3800人，超收逾900 人。獄方坦承受刑人稍多，有點壓力。不過，台南軍監將交由南監管理，一旦作為南監的分監，可讓南監不再那麼擁擠。

黃銘強說，台南軍監可收容逾千人，南監初步規劃作為台南分監，預定收容200 人至250 人，若是法務部有不同的計畫，或許可收容更多的受刑人。

黃銘強表示，未來台南分監的定位，和外役監類似，專門收容刑期較短的受刑人。

台南軍監預定17日移交給台南監獄，屆時台南軍監200 多名官士兵也將全數撤離。1030113
