標題[請問] 找工作 健檢資料相關問題

是這樣的 前陣子找到一份part time工作(量販店) 但因溝通上問題 導致只有在那邊實習1-2小時 (只打了上班卡 下班卡並沒有打) 便離開了 現在他們要跟我要健檢的資料 (因為醫院需要幾個工作天才會給健檢資料) 但畢竟過程不是很愉快 加上如果我另外需要健檢資料 那麼再向醫院拿健檢資料也須另外繳款 所以不是很想給... 想請問這樣的狀況我不要交付是站得住腳的嗎 (主要是我想對方可以我沒有交付完整資料做離職的程序) 或是我應該從哪個方面查詢相關法規呢? 在此先謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.5.86
