吵不完　商總會員明控賴正鎰當選無效

【黃馨儀／台北報導】商總理事長爭議持續延燒！中華民國太陽熱能商業同業公會理事長黃正忠等商總會員，預計明早赴台北地檢署控告新任理事長、鄉林集團董事長賴正鎰偽造文書，當選無效。
 
對此，賴正鎰強調，「已依法執行職務，並申報會議紀錄」，並勸對方三思，大家以和為貴。至於之前有幾位理監事落選者向台北地院聲請假處分一事，賴正鎰說，台北地院日前也已以證據不足，駁回其聲請。
 
商總前任理事長張平沼表示，王應傑及建商公會全聯會前理事長王光祥等人認為，選舉過程有嚴重瑕疵，加上5都商業團體及銀行公會重要代表全都落選，代表性不足，未來難以提供重要建言。
 
賴正鎰則回應，商總選舉是民意展現，絕對有其代表性；且選後就不斷釋出善意，邀聘王應傑等人擔任副手，希望各方「以和為貴」，一起為商總打拼，也盼張出來平息糾紛。
