不時聽客人說,這房子賣這麼貴,都是炒上去的,早晚會跌下來

心裡想,既然房價貴,以後會跌,那你幹嘛現在來看房子,買房子......

牛肉麵漲,大家可以接受
咖啡漲,大家可以接受
青菜水果漲,大家可以接受
為什麼房價漲....大家不能接受...

更何況....房價真的有漲嗎

高雄的房子已經低迷太久....久到房子的價值大家已經忘記,只記得房子的價格
