【陳偉周／基隆報導】禍從口出！基隆市1名張姓男子，去年8月6日參加市府文化中心舉辦尋寶兌獎活動，排隊時見一旁郭姓女子因不符合資格，與工作人員起口角，張男嫌太吵心生怒意，當場飆罵三字經，郭女憤而報警，張男依公然侮辱罪移送。張男向檢方辯稱是口頭禪，不記得有罵。日前全案經檢察官申請簡易判決，判張男罰4000元，得服勞役4日。
