標題[問題] 仁德保華路附近的生活機能

最近有看了這邊一個建案 在成功三街 很靠近東區 但是周圍好像都是舊房子 附近也有工廠還有資源回收場 說實在並不是太理想的社區 但是離東區很近 交通也算發達 不知道該不該買這裡 附近有田地是直接連著東區 不知道田地有沒有機會被徵收 然後由德東街那邊的路延伸過來仁德呢 另外附近有一些舊房子但好像沒有住人 是不是軍眷都搬到國宅那邊了 所以那些舊住宅有計畫要拆掉嗎 主要考量是安全的問題 不知道有沒有住附近的鄉民知道狀況的 像是很亂或工廠噪音很大聲之類的 如果不適合po在這裡請告訴我，我會刪掉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.3.78
