美國上訴法院：蘋果未侵害Google專利

美國聯邦巡迴上訴法院10 日判決，蘋果公司在製造iPhone時，並未侵害Google旗下摩托行動公司的專利，和美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）去年的判決結果相同。

摩托行動2010年控告蘋果侵害其六項專利，包括降低雜訊的專利，以及避免用戶講電話時意外啟動其他功能的觸控螢幕程式設計專利。ITC去年4月也判定，蘋果並未侵害這六項專利中的任一項。

聯邦巡迴上訴法院則針對其中一項專利，也就是無線裝置上控制資料傳輸到應用程式的技術。三名法官認為，ITC的判決正確，蘋果是利用不同的技術。
