加工鋁製品偷排強酸 　光鼎企業遭停業

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園蘆竹鄉光鼎企業社，非法將強酸液體排出，嚴重污染河流，桃園縣環保局稽查昨晚發現，工廠私接軟管將製程廢水排入廠外水溝，進入廠區稽查，當場發現5噸的黑色大桶槽內，桶槽內採樣檢測也屬強酸，業者認罪，環保局依違反水污染防治法勒令業者停工。
 
  環保局指出，光鼎企業社是今年第一件被環保局勒令停工並移送法辦的惡劣廠商，昨天稽查人員在蘆竹內厝路附近巡查時，發現道路側溝排出不明廢水，當場採樣檢測pH：1.6，屬於強酸具腐蝕性的有害廢液，一路往上游追查，發現光鼎私接軟管排放廢液，事後檢驗廠區內大桶槽，槽內液體採樣檢測pH：1.5，證實為同一污染來源。
