5萬鴨迷朝聖　6隻馬爾濟斯與小鴨比萌

【陳偉周／基隆報導】難擋基隆小鴨魅力！今天下午2時許，基市陽光露臉湧入近5萬鴨迷賞鴨，海洋廣場被擠得水洩不通，有民眾帶著6隻馬爾濟斯狗家族，從台北來賞小鴨，吸引現場民眾圍觀，直呼「狗比小鴨還可愛！」

先前傳出策展公司威力赫工讀生無預警遭裁撤3分之2，本周三有工讀生PO臉書抱怨：「維護秩序的工讀生消失了，基隆市議會無預警片面終止合作！」改由基隆市議長黃景泰幕僚另找工讀生，黃景泰透過幕僚解釋：「因為經費不足將減少人力，有詢問工讀生留職意願，隔日僅剩3人持續上班！」
