立法院本會期將在14日休會，院會將在14日處理民國103年度中央政府總預算案，為趕在會期結束前通過預算案，朝野立法院黨團從6日起密集協商，並已完成第一輪和第二輪協商，朝野達成共識，擬刪歲出預算245億元，爭議提案則採表決處理。

朝野協商所達成的共識，除總統、行政院長、各部會首長年終獎金、特別費及各機關編列的績效獎金相關提案，軍公教退休人員18%優惠存款利息預算、退休軍公教人員子女教育補助預算、國家癌症研究中心先期規劃2600萬等案均須表決。

103年度中央政府總預算案歲出預算編列1兆9407億元，較102年度預算數1兆9076億元，增加331億元，約增1.7%。
