府城大樓推案增　戶數最高達800戶

【葉家銘／台南報導】府城近期大樓推案增加，如位於永康大橋重劃區大樓預售案「仁發大都匯」，基地面積1970坪、社區戶數368戶。而位在安平5期重劃區，興益發建設大樓預售案「新悅城」，基地面積約3000坪、社區戶數預計達800戶，總銷金額約65億元。
 
2大樓案戶數已超過千戶，總銷金額達95億元。台南市代銷公會理事長吳淑蕙表示，南市近年推案量逐年增加，量體雖大，但目前市場仍算健康。今年推案量仍有機會創區域新高，購屋族選擇多元，銷售期將拉長。
