看好海外購屋潮　商仲引進倫敦精品宅

【劉曉霞／台北報導】國內房產景氣差，政府打房氛圍重，壽險業者相繼出走海外，瞄準海外資產升值空間，也讓房仲、商仲業者相繼投入海外市場，高力國際去年也率壽險業者組團前進海外，台灣房屋近期主推馬來西亞，信義房屋也看好日本市場，世邦魏理仕也推出倫敦精品宅，就是看好這波出走潮。

世邦魏理仕投資部資深總監陳俊逸今天上午指出，將引入倫敦精品宅「The Edridge」，該案首站將在台北銷售，預定18日對外展銷，接下來才會轉往北京和上海，目前手上共有83戶，期望能在台北完銷。

陳俊逸說，該案總價約1600萬元起，入手相對容易，就可在倫敦市中心享精品宅。「The Edridge」由英國開發商思隆國際開發推出，保證2年7%的租金回報，3年不動產增值約44%，步行5分鐘就可抵達歐洲最大的購物商場Westfield & Hammerson。
