寄前女友裸照給其母　男「祝壽」判緩刑

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市1名劉姓男子(31歲)不甘被甩，挑在林姓前女友去年8月生日時，寄性愛畫面及裸照給她及林母，母女擔心影像散布，生活在恐懼的陰影下；案經女方提告，雙方達和解，新北地院依恐嚇罪，判劉男拘役30日，緩刑2年。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，林男寄出裸照且附上1張以電腦繕打的字條，「林母（指女友的媽媽），別緊張，撿到的這些照片只是說明手上籌碼有多雄厚，時間不會抹平一切，該還的還是要還，用最快的速度聯絡我，完成合理的補償」檢方偵辦時，劉男坦言交往期間，趁林女不注意時，拿手機放在書桌上拍性愛影片。
