封測雙雄上季營收超標　矽品本季不看淡

【楊喻斐／台北報導】IC半導體封測大廠日月光（2311）、矽品（2325）12月營收陸續出爐，與上季營收均繳出優於預期成績單，邁入2014年第1季，矽品依舊可望呈現淡季不淡，日月光則受到高雄K7廠產鎳廢水製程停工影響，業績將由高點下滑。
 
蘋果iPhone5s銷售不俗，加上高通、聯發科等訂單持穩，支撐日月光去年12月合併營收達214.28億元，月減2.5%，年增12.8%，第4季合併營收641.64億元，季增13.1%，年增率14.6%，再創新高，優於預期，而全年合併營收達2198.62億元，年增率13.35%，改寫新猷。
 
就日月光IC封測與材料收入來看，去年12月營收123.55億元，僅月減0.3%，年增率14.6%，第4季營收379億元，季增0.3%，優於原先財測預估季減0~3%表現，年增率達10.2%，創下新高紀錄。
 
受惠於通訊與遊戲機相關晶片需求強勁，矽品去年12月營收為60.89億元，月減1.8%，年增率達26.5%，合計去年第4季營收為188.44億元，季減幅度僅1.3%，明顯優於法人預期，合計全年合併營收為693.56億元，年增幅度為7.3%。
