【陳偉周／基隆報導】撐傘賞鴨有港都風情！基隆市今天中午飄起陣雨，難擋鴨迷賞鴨興致，撐傘賞鴨民眾說：「基隆冬天本來就多雨，雨中賞鴨增添港都風情！」另外，有攜家帶眷來賞小鴨的民眾，發現小鴨左側留有一條髒痕，笑說好像「科學怪鴨」。

而東3、東4碼頭攤商為搶商機，預計製作18公尺夢想鴨，打算縮小尺寸登場，硬槓荷蘭藝術家霍夫曼的正版小鴨；對此，《蘋果》致電向承租商鈺盛公司業務長孫鈺棠求證，他說「開會中！」無法取得回應。
