除了 有能力 以外... 還有啥方法讓考績變好嗎.. 小弟二年級生 中規中矩 加個班 該做的事就做 也沒出啥皮漏 但也沒功績就是了 結果分紅加薪都沒 我看大概考績是bottom 1% 有啥具體方法讓考績變好嗎? 1. 拉長工時? 2. 多找主管聊天(俗稱抱大腿?) ???不然沒道理阿~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.80.212
