【方翊倩／綜合報導】彰化縣北斗鎮民眾阻擋台電工程車施工涉強制罪案判無罪，法官用天安門擋坦克比擬，認為民眾應受言論自由保障判無罪，有逾4成民眾認同。

《蘋果》針對「民眾擋台電工程車遭起訴，法官用天安門擋坦克比擬，認為民眾應受言論自由保障判無罪，你認同嗎？」進行民調，284份有效樣本中，44.01%民眾認同，認為抗議有理；23.94%民眾反對，認為民眾抗議政府怎麼建設；32.05%民眾沒意見。
