產品含威力纖同款禁藥　製造商被訴

【吳珮如／台北報導】位於桃園的瑞盈生物科技公司和臺灣藻研公司，涉嫌使用「cetilistat」（脂肪抑制劑）製造減肥食品「油精靈」、「魔力塑咖啡」並在知名網購平台販售，兩公司負責人劉致明、楊晁琮今被士林地檢署依違反《藥事法》起訴。
 
起訴指出，瑞盈負責人劉致明2011年取得禁藥「cetilistat」，事後添加「蘋果複合原料」，以每公斤8700元轉賣臺灣藻研100公斤，隔年臺灣藻研老闆楊晁琮再委託不知情的美健生物科技公司，製造含禁藥成分的油精靈膠囊和魔力塑咖啡第3代小黑粒咖啡，透過啟康健康管理顧問公司利用網購平台高價販售消費者。

檢警搜索啟康倉庫，查扣膠囊2250顆、黑咖啡2655包，經新北市衛生局檢驗，確認相關產品與連惠心販售保健食品「威力纖」含相同禁藥成分，今將劉男、楊男起訴，美健及啟康則因不知產品含禁藥，獲不起訴處分。
