洪瑞河主動澄清　陳俊璋是清白的

【姚瑞宸／台北報導】兄弟象棒球隊董事長洪瑞河，今天主動致電澄清，象隊球團經理陳俊璋絕無圖利自己行逕：「這是有關個人清白、名譽的事，不可以黑白講。」
洪瑞河表示，有關羅國華激勵獎金的事，象隊確實依約發予獎金30萬元，沒有少給選手，「俊璋依一定的會計程序，拿傳票請款，再開出支票給選手，沒有含糊的空間。」
致於外傳陳俊璋誰聘任洋將過程取得回扣一事，更被洪瑞河斥為亂說：「湯瑪仕就是2萬1000塊(美元)，不是2萬2000塊，哪裡來的什麼傭金？」
洪瑞河表示，許多有關兄弟象隊的傳言都沒有向他求證，「像那個什麼『凍未條聯盟』的文哥，說我們沒有發資遣費，根本就是胡說。」
