軍冤申訴 167件退93件

軍中人權暨受害者家屬協會今天上午成立，並且召開記者會質疑行政院軍冤申訴委員會退件率高，並要求放寬僅受理20年以下案件的限制。

不過會後媒體詢問，記者會上所指出的數字52件退回51件，退件率高達98%的數字從何而來？新聞聯絡人楊月清指出，此為8月29日的數據，11月時從立法院公聽會中得知，最新數據為12月31日統計，167件中退了93件，協會希望委員會能夠正視家屬要求真相的願望。
