朝野共識　台電中油今年睦鄰經費砍7億

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院今進行中央政府總預算協商，台聯黨團總召許忠信在協商前要求一定要砍台電、中油今年度睦鄰經費預算，否則拒絕協商，最後朝野達成共識，今年台電、中油共35億元睦鄰經費將被刪減7億元。

許忠信指出，台電、中油睦鄰經費常補助廟會、旅遊等活動，變成有民代關係的團體申請得到，沒有關係的申請不到，形同綁樁經費，因此一定要刪減否則就不公不義。他說，今天朝野黨團代表達成共識，明天協商經濟部預算時，將會以主決議方式明文要求刪減台電、中油睦鄰經費共7億元。
