【戴之聖／基隆報導】中國漁船屢傳越界、違法作業情事，因台灣北方海域的沿海地區漁獲豐盛，常為中國漁船入侵，甚至違法從事毒、電、炸魚或拖網等漁法，危害海洋資源甚鉅，嚴重衝擊海洋資源，基隆海巡隊、澳底海巡隊、淡水海巡隊與北部機動海巡隊，於今天上午11時許舉行聯合誓師大會，誓言驅逐非法船隻保護台灣漁民安全。

基隆海巡隊陳隊長表示，全國各海巡隊民國102年度計執行驅離中國漁船1508艘，罰鍰金額5195萬元，取締違規捕魚函送裁罰128艘，未來將持續強化各項勤務作為，藉以遏止中國漁船非法越區捕魚。
