泰總理盈拉：緊急狀態是最後手段

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】泰國反政府示威群眾最近積極為了下周一(13日)開始的「佔領曼谷」(Occupy Bangkok)行動準備，看守政府總理盈拉(Yingluck Shinawatra)今天表示，頒布進入「緊急狀態」，是她處理下周一「佔領曼谷」行動的最後手段，因為這樣做可能使得局勢更加惡化。

盈拉強調，看守政府目前只會在曼谷與周邊府地區使用「國內安全法」，盡量不在其他地區實施。而根據《曼谷郵報》引述泰國軍方的消息，今晚就會派遣重型槍械與坦克車，進駐曼谷市區。軍方強調，這絕不是要發動政變，而是為了18日的閱兵儀式進行準備，重型機具將在本周末移往他處，避免刺激下周一反政府軍在曼谷的活動。
