海報只是示意畫出了從外線直接左轉的可能危險，
也許你也常開車，所以充分了解這樣行進路線的危險，
但是也有非常多的人只騎機車，或是只開車不騎車，
不會這麼透徹了解其他車輛的行進特性，
所以最好訂出統一又比較安全的規範要大家遵守，
道路條例的施行很多都是有統計意義的，
如果一種辦法實施了，可以有效降低車禍傷亡數量，
那就值得大家都去遵守....
當然如果像上面舉例，動線規劃不良，或是施工造成的特殊情況，
那又是另外的狀況了，相關單位要負起責任....
