反南鐵地下化　蘇煥智：應全面高架化

【李恩慈／台南報導】前台南縣長蘇煥智中午在台南大橋火車站附近的活動中心，召開推動台南鐵路高架化文宣記者會，蘇煥智拿著「台南鐵路何去何從」的傳單，向在場民眾說明自己反對台南鐵路地下化政策的理由，並主張台南鐵路應全面改為高架化。
 
蘇煥智指出，「地下化費用是高架化費用的3倍」，並認為全線高架化才能縫合縣市，擴大直轄市格局；蘇煥智認為，高架化可在原軌上方施作永久高架軌，能免除反南鐵的自救會住戶所面對的無奈和疑慮。
