本問題是代妹妹發問. 老妹服務於教育界. 幾年前曾以在職身分申請進修(完全是周五晚上,或週六週日 去上研究所的課程, 完全未影響工作) 但老妹覺得在職專班的學習不夠扎實或其他因素, 又想申請日後可全時間讀書 的留職停薪, 目的不在於敘薪或跳級(上次的在職進修已經讓她敘薪了).想再念 一個純一般生的"碩士班"(不是博士班, 因為在職進修的訓練不會讓她考上). 由於尚未提出申請, 是怕被上級主管打槍, 這幾年才剛換另一個主管, 就比較強調 讀書無用(無助於工作)論. 至於該學校留職停薪進修的風氣比較弱,往年考上的也沒 幾個... 所以妹妹有幾個問題, 如下: 1. 若申請留職停薪進修, 請問是要考上才向學校人事以及主管報備嗎?還是報名時(前) 就必須報備? 2. 若主管以"你已經進修一次了"拒絕給予機會進修, 該怎麼辦? 請各位知悉人事法條或有經驗的網友分享, 謝謝. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.145.119
