新春3力　江揆盼閣員有規劃力執行力溝通力

【徐珮君／台北報導】今天是2014年行政院第一次院會，行政院長江宜樺提出「新春3力」，要求各部會首長要有膽識，具大膽的規劃力、堅定的執行力，以及誠懇的溝通力，與民眾溝通，「永遠和民眾站在一起！」

江揆在院會結束前說，他昨天參加元旦升旗，看到很多年輕人不畏寒冷、踴躍參加，他內心非常感動，期勉內閣成員把握每一天，為民服務。

江揆說，他去年初希望內閣展現「規劃力、執行力和溝通力」，今年也沒有改變對首長的期待，希望各部會「大膽規劃、堅定執行、誠懇溝通。」內閣在大步往前走的同時，部會之間也要相互協助，他希望政府與民眾站在一起，時時想像民眾的需要，以及政府能為民眾做些什麼。
