唇腫、起水泡　竟是藥物過敏

【張博亭／台北報導】民眾嘴唇起水泡，勿以為是唇皰疹而亂擦藥。臺北市立聯合醫院忠孝院區藥劑科藥師陳崇逸今指出，該院日前有名39歲男性，因感冒到中醫掛號，服用中醫開立方劑後，隔天出現嘴唇腫、起水泡的反應，該患者原想自行買抗病毒藥物擦，後經藥師訪視後要求先停用中藥，狀況改善，才發現是藥物過敏。

陳崇逸指出，唇皰疹和藥物過敏性水腫，最大差別在於感染唇皰疹時會感到異常疼痛，或有搔癢感覺；藥物過敏性水腫則是在服藥後才會出現且伴隨著其他症狀例如全身型過敏反應、支氣管痙攣、蕁麻疹、或血管性水腫。另外，藥物過敏的表現是多樣化的，若出現嚴重過敏反應恐導致死亡。醫師提醒，民眾若出現藥物不良反應，可先停藥並告知醫師和藥師，做重新評估。
