南科120億聯貸簽約　對今年DRAM樂觀

【范中興／台北報導】南科（2408）今天簽約完成120億元銀行聯貸，簽約由台塑集團副總裁王瑞華與臺銀董事長李紀珠主持，資金主要用於償還銀行借款暨購置機器設備，南科總經理高啟全日前表示，DRAM產業已經十分健康，2014年樂觀看待。

南科副總李培瑛表示，2013年前3季營業收入約345億元，稅前盈餘約42億元，淨利率12.1%，已轉虧為盈，隨著DRAM市場之供需結構調整，及轉型再造效益浮現，加上台塑集團的支持，未來營運應可漸入佳境。

由於DRAM產業已經復甦，廠商去年全部都轉虧為盈，因此南科聯貸案籌組順利，共14家銀行參與，且銀行超額認購25%達150億元。

南科去年進行轉型為利基型DRAM廠，同時提升30奈米技術產能，目前高達6、7成營收比重在消費型及低功率DRAM。
