【方翊倩／綜合報導】有茶虎之稱的姜阿新在事業最高峰時，起造了豪華洋樓。但富貴轉眼，近乎一夜間，姜阿新龐大的財富，被銀行利息吞噬了，洋樓遭查封。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，1965年，姜阿新生意失敗，龐大的財產被銀行查封。姜家狼狽逃離北埔，到台北避債，一走就是50年，只剩下這棟豪華洋樓在北埔歎息。去年，姜阿新孫女、Nu Skin台灣區總裁姜惠琳終於跟兄姐們湊齊了8千萬元，再將這棟樓標回。他們只想告訴北埔鄉親：「姜家後代不是敗家子，我們還有能力，站起來…」
