蓋貼商品條碼高價低買　慣犯出獄2年再犯被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】桃園縣34歲李姓男子以家用電腦複製列印低價商品條碼，到新北市量販店購買3C產品時蓋貼原條碼，順利將兩台各約1萬8千元的LED電視，各以3699元結帳。新北地檢署今起訴李男與37歲共犯黃姓男子涉犯偽造文書、詐欺得利罪嫌。

李男從2008年起就因犯下類似詐騙案，分別被台北、桃園與士林等地院判刑，但出獄仍再犯。今年7月李男先獨自以蓋貼商品條碼方式，在土城區一家量販店將2台各1萬7900元的LED電視，各以3699元順利結帳，後又於9月在桃園市一家量販店購買2台各3999元隨身硬碟，企圖以349元條碼矇混結帳，被櫃臺人員察覺，落荒而逃。

李男後來找黃男到樹林區一家量販店購買2台各3999元的隨身硬碟，蓋貼條碼各以349元結帳得逞，到另家量販店購買2台各4188元的隨身硬碟，企圖再各以349元結帳，當場被拆穿法辦。
