遠雄農曆年新案　新竹「御莊園」打頭陣

【王筱君／台北報導】北市素地難求，遠雄集團2013年除了在中和推出「遠雄左岸」系列建案，並趕最後1天與新北市中和區華中段地主簽訂合建契約，預計投入16億元營建成本，2014年也將繼續推出左岸系列「香榭園」、「彩虹園」，推案地區分布雙北、新竹、台中、嘉義與高雄6區。

遠雄公共事務部副總蔡宗易表示，農曆年後首推竹市「御莊園」，規劃為40~75坪2~3房，每坪開價25~30萬元，鎖定首購、年輕換屋族群，因案量不大僅100戶，「大家剛領完年終獎金，台商也回來過年，應該滿有競爭力。」
