台新金現金增資60億元

台新金董事會通過辦理不超過5億股現金增資
【林潔禎／台北報導】台新金今日董事會決議辦理不超過5億股的現金增資。台新金表示，這次現金增資主要是為強化資本結構及因應未來轉投資或購併資金需求，希望最遲2014年4、5月前可以完成募集。
 
台新金這次增資5億股，每股溢價發行12元，預估可以從市場募集60億元資金。據法人估算在金控完成增資後會將資金挹注銀行，目前台新銀第一類資本8.2%，未來再獲得金控增資，可進一步強化資本結構。
