【黃鈺婷／台北報導】背包客到台灣遊玩，最常見的問題就是飯店難訂，就算訂到了，一間房動輒五、六千元，常讓背包客下不了手，反觀日租套房租金低廉，以北市為例，二十多坪公寓日租金約一千六百元至二千元，且有家的感覺；但台灣日租套房大多非法經營，萬一發生糾紛或權益受損，恐求償無門。
