清除福島核廢料　傳外包工人遭剝削

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】根據路透社報導指出，日本311大地震後，政府斥資350億美元清理福島核事故的輻射沉降物，並對負責清理核電廠輻射沉降物的工人，給予每天100美元的津貼(約台幣3000元)，但在層層外包下，加上黑幫和非法中介公司介入下，工人時薪僅得6美元（約台幣180元），低於當地法定的最低工資。

政府為了盡快清理放射性物料，2011年放寬法例，准許沒有大型工程經驗的公司參與，更毋須提供公司基本資料，讓黑幫或一些身份不明的公司有機可乘。加上人口老化，勞動人口不足，讓不法分子有機可乘，甚至在車站招攬流浪漢做工人。

這批工人慘被剝削，他們獲提供食宿，但費用從工資直接扣除，加上不斷外包的制度，中介人從中獲利，令工人的時薪過低，甚至不獲支薪，部份反被僱主指拖欠食宿費，最終弄致債台高築，得不償失。
